Petteri Suomalainen, CEO

Petteri Suomalainen has been working in telecommunications business for more than 20 years. He has served in various senior positions in R&D and marketing. Mr. Suomalainen started his professional career at Nokia in the early 1980’s. In 1991, he became an entrepreneur by co-founding a DSL transmission company, Trelcom Ltd. In 1997 Trelcom Ltd. was acquired by Tellabs Oy, the Finnish subsidiary of Tellabs Inc. (Nasdaq:TLAB), and Mr. Suomalainen changed to serve Tellabs. Since 2005, after 8 years at Tellabs, Petteri Suomalainen has been the CEO of Goodmill Systems Ltd. He holds M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland (1985).

Ilkka Kankkunen, VP Marketing and Support

Ilkka Kankkunen has more than 14 years of experience on telecommunications business. He has experience from several senior management positions in marketing and customer services. He joined Tellabs Oy in 1995 and worked in customer services as approvals engineer, project manager and group manager. In 2000 Mr. Kankkunen changed to marketing managing marketing and sales support groups. 2002 he was acting as Marketing Director of International Marketing. 2005 Mr. Kankkunen co-founded Goodmill Systems Ltd. His title is VP of marketing and support He graduated from Helsinki University of Technology with M.Sc. in Engineering (1994).

Matti Reini, VP R&D

Matti Reini has an extensive telecommunications career with over 20 years of experience. He has served in various senior R&D positions in several telecommunications companies, one of them being Nokia. In 1991 Mr. Reini was one of the co-founders of Trelcom Ltd. and when the company was acquired by Tellabs Oy in 1997, Mr. Reini joined Tellabs with the other owners and employees of Trelcom Ltd. At Tellabs he held several senior positions in R&D and systems engineering until he decided to accept the VP of R&D position at Goodmill Systems Ltd. in spring 2007. Mr. Reini graduated from Helsinki University of Technology with M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (1986).
